THIS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, effective as of February 1, 2021, is made between FRANKLIN FUND ALLOCATOR SERIES, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Franklin GLOBAL allocation Fund (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, and FRANKLIN ADVISERS, INC., a California corporation (the “Manager”).
