(herein referred to as the “Company”) and Brian Kistler, New Opportunity Business Solutions, Inc. 531 Airport North Office Park, Fort Wayne, IN 46825 (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) engaged in providing services related to ongoing corporate documentation preparation and filing.
