THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 1st day of November, 2011, by and between ALPS Advisors, Inc., a Colorado corporation (the “Adviser”), and Financial Investors Variable Insurance Trust, a Delaware Statutory Trust (the “Trust”), regarding the Ibbotson ETF Asset Allocation Portfolios listed on Appendix A (the “Portfolios”).
