THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT dated as of June 30, 2007 (this "Amendment"), is among RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, in its capacity as depositor (the "Company"), RESIDENTIAL FUNDING COMPANY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, in its capacity as master servicer (the "Master Servicer"), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a banking association organized under the laws of the United States, in its capacity as trustee and supplemental interest trust trustee (the "Trustee" and the "Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee", respectively). Capitalized terms used in this Amendment and not otherwise defined herein will have the meanings assigned to them in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of February 1, 2007, among the Company, the Master Servicer and the Trustee (the "Pooling Agreement").
