Hayden Rd., Suite D106, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and Mann Equity, LLC, a California limited liability company, with an address at 19837 Greenbriar Drive, Tarzana, CA 91356, (hereinafter referred to as “Sales Representative”).
