This Liquidation Manager Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made this ____________th day of ______________________, 2012, by and among Franklin Credit Holding Corporation (the “Debtor”), and _________ (the “Liquidation Manager,” and together with the Debtor, the “Parties”).
