THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is dated as of July 2, 2012 (the “Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between Adamis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Company”), and Thomas H. Moll, Ph.D. (“Executive”).
