THIS PROMISSORY NOTE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 30th day of September, 2012, by and between Pristine Solutions, Inc., a Nevada corporation (hereinafter known as “BORROWER”) and Edward W.
