THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 12th day of March, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between RS Cambridge Apartments, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Seller”), whose address for the purposes hereof is 2089 East Fort Union Boulevard, Salt Lake City, Utah 84121, and RealSource Residential, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Buyer”).
