SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as at December 11, 2015 by and between ETF Securities Advisors LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 48 Wall Street New York, NY 10005 (the “Adviser”), and Vident Investment Advisory, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 300 Colonial Center Parkway, Suite 330, Roswell, GA 30076 (the “Sub-Adviser”), with respect to each series of ETFS Trust, a statutory trust organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Trust”), identified on Schedule A to this Agreement (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”).
