This Investment Sub-Advisory Agreeement (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 9th day of December, 2020 by and among Real Asset Strategies, LLC, a (Delaware) company with its principal place of business at 5775 Wayzata Blvd, Suite 700, St. Louis Park, Minnesota 55416 (the “Adviser”), ETF Opportunities Trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Real Asset Strategies ETF (the “Fund”), and Enduring Investments, LLC, a (Delaware) limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 12 Ironwood Road, Morristonwn, New Jersey 07960 (the “Sub-Adviser”).
