THIS AMENDED INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), which was first made as of the 20th day of September, 2017, amended as of May 16, 2018 and November 17, 2020, and is hereby amended as of February 18, 2021, is by and between World Funds Trust (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), and Secure Investment Management, LLC (the “Adviser”), an Arizona limited liability company.
