Sony Group Corporation (the “Corporation”) and [the name of person to whom shares will be granted] (the “Qualified Person”) enter into this Allotment Agreement for Shares of Restricted Stock (this “Agreement”) as of July 13, 2023, as follows, in connection with (i) the allotment of the shares of common stock of the Corporation to be granted to the Qualified Person by the Corporation pursuant to the decision of the Representative Corporate Executive Officer of the Corporation made on June 29, 2023, which is based on the delegation by the Board of Directors of the Corporation, and (ii) the management of the account for such shares treated as restricted stock.
