THIS INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made by and between World Funds Trust (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), and Kanen Wealth Management, LLC (the “Adviser”), a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business in 5850 Coral Ridge Drive, Suite 309, Coral Springs, FL 33076. This Agreement is made effective as to each Fund (defined below) as of the date set forth on the set of schedules to this Agreement identified as “Schedule A” and then numerically designated (e.g., Schedule A-1) attached hereto as of the “Effective Date” noted on each Schedule A with respect to each of the Funds.

EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, effective as of the dates set forth on Schedule A by and between Kanen Wealth Management, LLC (the “Adviser”) and World Funds Trust (the “Trust”) (“Agreement”), on behalf of the series of the Trust set forth in Schedule A attached hereto (each a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”).
