This Investment Sub-Advisory Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 4th day of October 2021 and amended December 20, 2022, by and among Gea Sphere Advisors, LLC, a Delaware limied liability company with its principal place of business at 55 Mystery Farm Dr. Cranston, Rhode Island 02921 (the “Adviser”), ETF Opportunities Trust (the “Trust”), and Toroso Investments, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 898 N. Broadway, Suite 2, Massapequa, New York 11758 (the “Sub-Adviser”).
