INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made by and between World Funds Trust (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), and Applied Finance Advisors, LLC (the “Adviser”), a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business in San Antonio, Texas, as of the dates noted on Schedule A to this Agreement with respect to each series portfolio of the Trust (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”).
