This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”), dated as of December 15, 2015, to that certain Separation and Distribution Agreement, dated as of November 3, 2015 (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and among Archrock, Inc., a Delaware corporation formerly named Exterran Holdings, Inc.
