THIS LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (as amended, restated, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time, this “Agreement”) dated as of November 2, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) between SILICON VALLEY BANK, a California corporation (“Bank”), and LIMELIGHT NETWORKS, INC., (“Borrower”) a Delaware corporation, provides the terms on which Bank shall lend to Borrower and Borrower shall repay Bank.
