When used herein, the term “Company” includes each and every officer, director, employee, agent, parent corporation(s), subsidiary corporation(s), wholly owned companies, affiliate(s) and division(s), their successors, assigns, beneficiaries, servants, legal representatives, insurers and heirs of Edgio.
