THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), effective as of the 1ST day of October, 2008, is by and among Wilshire Inter-Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), with offices at 9545 West Russell Road Suite 3 Las Vegas, Nevada 89148; and Alfred A. Grant, an individual and a resident of the State of Nevada, with an address at 11269 Parleys Cone Court, Las Vegas, Nevada 89135 (the "Executive").
