This Stock Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective November 7, 2014 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Douglas Toshi Shinsato, an individual (“Purchaser”) and Cubed, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Seller”).
