Reid Street, Suite 307, Sioux Falls, SD 57103, ("GroGenesis"), Eco Squared Solutions, Inc., a corporation incorporated in Nevada, USA, having an address at 3311 La Costa Avenue, Carlsbad, CA 92009, (“ESSI”) and Eco Water Solutions, Inc., a corporation incorporated in Nevada, USA, having an address at 6607 S. Baymont Street, Spokane, WA 99224, (“EWSI”), and together with GroGenesis, the "Parties" and each a "Party".
