This Loan Agreement (this “Agreement”) is executed on September 30, 2019 by and between Ando Holdings Limited, a corporation formed under the laws of State of Nevada, United States (the “Lender”) and Lam Chi Kwong Leo, a Hong Kong Resident with the address at Room 1107, 11/F, Lippo Sun Plaza, 28 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong (the “Representative”), a 100% shareholder of Ando Capital Investment Limited, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of Hong Kong SAR (the “Company”).
