This Personal Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 18th day of May, 2007, by and between Mezey Howarth Racing Stables, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) with its principal place of business at 600 Anton, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 and J. Wade Mezey, (“Executive”) to be effective as of June 1, 2007 (the “Effective Date”).
