(the "Fund"), a Maryland corporation having its principal place of business at 1075 Hendersonville Road, Suite 250, Asheville, North Carolina 28803 and AST FUND SOLUTIONS, LLC ("ASTFS"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and having it principal place of business at 6201 15th Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11219.
