This will serve as the Agreement between AST Fund Solutions, LLC (“AST Fund Solutions”) and Cornerstone Progressive Return Fund (the “Client”), pursuant to which AST Fund Solutions will serve the Client as Information Agent for a Rights Offer (the “Offer”) for the Client.
