This Agreement is made and entered into effective as of _______, 2014, by and between the PSP FAMILY OF FUNDS (f/k/a CONGRESSIONAL EFFECT FAMILY OF FUNDS), a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) on behalf of the PSP MULTI-MANAGER FUND (the “Fund”), PULTENEY STREET CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”) and EASTBAY ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Sub-Adviser”).
