This Agreement is made and entered into effective March 20, 2014, by and between the Congressional Effect Fund (the “Fund”), a series of shares of the Congressional Effect Family of Funds, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) and Pulteney Street Capital Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”). This Agreement amends and restates any and all prior expense limitation agreements with respect to the Fund.
