THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 15th day of November, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Cambria ETF Trust (the “Trust”) Cambria Investment Management, L.P.
