THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of July 15, 2016, by and between Guinness Atkinson Funds, a Delaware statutory trust with its principal office and place of business at 21550 Oxnard Street, Suite 850, Woodland Hills, California 91367 (the “Client”) and Foreside Fund Services, LLC a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal office and place of business at Three Canal Plaza, Suite 100, Portland, ME 04101 (the “Distributor”).
