THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 25thday of September, 2017 by and among AMIDEX Funds, Inc. (the “Fund”), a Maryland corporation, Index Investments, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (the “Adviser”), and Matrix 360 Distributors, LLC (the “Distributor”), a Delaware limited liability company.
