THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), made this 7th day of December, 2017 (the “Amendment Effective Date”), by and Winton Diversified Opportunities Fund (the “Trust”), a statutory trust formed under the laws of Delaware, and SEI Investments Distribution Co. (the “Distributor”), a Pennsylvania corporation.
