INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement’’) made as of this 27Ih day of August. 2010 by and between THE ADVISORS’ INNER CIRCLE FUND II (the “Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), and W.H. REAVES & CO., INC. (the “Adviser”), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 10 Exchange Place, 18th Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07302.
