This Amendment revises the Mutual Fund Services Agreement, dated July 15, 2014 (the “Agreement”) between Eubel Brady & Suttman Mutual Fund Trust (the “Trust”), and Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC (“Ultimus”), an Ohio limited liability company (collectively, the “Parties”).
