THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of December 12, 2019, by and between Capitol Series Trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series portfolios as set forth on Appendix A (each a “Fund”), and Hedeker Wealth, LLC (the “Adviser”), an Illinois limited liability company.

This Special Custody Account Pledge and Control Agreement (this “Agreement”), is dated as of March 19, 2019, and is being entered into by and among Capitol Series Trust, solely on behalf of its series, the Hedeker Strategic Appreciation Fund (“Customer”), THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK (the “Custodian”), and Interactive Brokers LLC (“Broker”).
