THIS OPERATING EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 28th day of March, 2020, by and between UNIFIED SERIES TRUST, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each series of the Trust set forth on Appendix A attached hereto (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) and the investment adviser of the Funds, Symons Capital Management, Inc. (the “Adviser”).

This Amendment (“Amendment”) is made as of March 28, 2019 by and between Unified Series Trust (the “Trust”) and Symons Capital Management, Inc. (“Adviser”), and amends the Management Agreement made as of November 13, 2006, as amended March 30, 2009, between the Trust and the Adviser (the “Agreement).
