THIS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT of X-SQUARE BALANCED FUND, LLC (the "Fund") is dated and effective as of January 29th, 2019 by and among the Fund, X-Square Capital, LLC, each current member of the Board of Managers of the Fund, and each person hereinafter admitted to the Fund and reflected on the books of the Fund as a Shareholder (collectively, the "Parties").
