INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") made as of this 28th day of February, 2020, by and between The Advisors' Inner Circle Fund III (the "Trust"), a Delaware statutory trust registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the "1940 Act"), and Chiron Investment Management, LLC (the "Adviser"), a registered investment adviser with its principal place of business at 1350 Avenue of the Americas, Suite 700, New York, New York 10019.
