(the “Fund”), Legg Mason Partners Fund Advisor, LLC (the “Adviser”) and Brandywine Global Investment Management, LLC (the “Sub-Adviser,” together with Bulldog, the Fund and the Adviser, the “Parties” and individually a “Party”).
