This LOAN AGREEMENT (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this "Agreement") is made and entered into effective as of the 11th day of June, 2020 by and between CITY NATIONAL ROCHDALE STRATEGIC CREDIT FUND, a Delaware statutory trust with its address at 400 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10022 (the “Borrower”), for and on behalf of the Fund (defined below), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association with its address at 425 Walnut Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 (the "Bank").
