EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, effective as of February 28, 2020, as amended and restated November 1, 2020 by and between Oak Associates, ltd. (the “Adviser”) and Oak Associates Funds (the “Trust”) (the “Agreement”), on behalf of each series of the Trust set forth in Schedule A attached hereto (each a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”).
