(“J.P. Morgan”), is entered into by the Customer, each Fund, J.P. Morgan and ASPIRIANT TRUST ON BEHALF OF Aspiriant Defensive Allocation Fund (the “New Fund”) and is effective as of December 1, 2015 (the “Effective Date”).
