This Second Amended and Restated Transfer Agency Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated as of May 31, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Atlantic Shareholder Services, LLC (the “Atlantic”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware with its principal place of business at Three Canal Plaza, Portland, Maine 04101, and The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund III (the “Trust”), a statutory trust organized under the laws of the State of Delaware with its principal place of business at One Freedom Valley Drive, Oaks, Pennsylvania 19456.
