This AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made this 8th day of December, 2021, by and between Conestoga Funds, a Delaware business trust which may issue one or more series of shares of beneficial interest (the “Trust”), and Conestoga Capital Advisors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”).
