EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, effective as of April 7, 2022, by and between Perpetual US Services, LLC (PGIA) (the “Adviser”) and The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund III (the “Trust”) (the “Agreement”), on behalf of the series of the Trust set forth in Schedule A attached hereto (the “Funds”).
