This Distribution Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated 8.11.2022, is made by and among James Advantage Funds, solely on behalf of each series of James Advantage Funds listed on Schedule A, severally and not jointly, established under the laws of the state of Ohio (the “Trust”), James Investment Research, Inc., established under the laws of the state of Ohio (the “Advisor”), and Ultimus Fund Distributors, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Ohio (“Distributor”).

This Master Services Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated August 15, is between the James Advantage Funds, solely on behalf of each series of James Advantage Funds severally, and not jointly (the “Trust”), established under the laws of the state of Ohio, and Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC (“Ultimus”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Ohio.
