THIS DISTRIBUTION SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of this 1st day of December, 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between Cambiar Investors, LLC (the “Adviser”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with the Adviser’s principal place of business at 200 Columbine Street, Suite 800, Denver, CO 80206, and SEI Investments Distribution Co., a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (“SIDCO”).
