This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 14th day of July 2023 by and among THE ENERGY & MINERALS GROUP ADVISORS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company company (the “Adviser”), THE RBB FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and VIDENT ADVISORY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Sub-Adviser”).
