INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of this 2nd day of April, 2024, by and between The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund III (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), and Strategas Asset Management, LLC (the “Adviser”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New York, with the Adviser’s principal place of business at 52 Vanderbilt Avenue, Eight Floor, New York, New York 10017.

Vident Advisory Management) (the “Subadviser”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with the Subadviser’s principal place of business at 1125 Sanctuary Parkway, Suite 515, Alpharetta, Georgia 30009.
