THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 24th day of April, 2024, by and between Connetic Venture Capital Access Fund, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Fund”), and Foreside Financial Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Distributor”).
